Service was great, collecting and dropping off car was good but having smaller time bands when it would be collected would be good.
The squeaking problem it was booked in for from rear wheels still exists. No call to check it was fixed. No time to book back in & why would I when it wasnt discovered first time. Hope its not a serious fault
The only reason is that my car was having a simple upgrade on the satnav, and it was supposed to be done in one day, but it took 3 days. The staff we're honest about the problems they were having and went out of their way to help me.

I was informed they would need the vehicle all day Monday and possibly run into Tuesday .I received it back repaired and washed Monday afternoon excellent first class treatment .
